Once a call has been received and you wish to transfer it, use the buttons under the display as follows;

1. Press the far right button under the 3 dots on the display to show the second menu.

2. Press Transfer (1st button on the display). This will put the current call on hold.

3. Enter the extension number you wish to dial, press call. NOTE - you still have the other call on hold. This allows you to speak to the receiving staff member first to see if they'd like to take the call.

4. Once you have spoke with the staff member, if they'd like to take the call press Transfer. If they do not wish to take the call, press end call use the 4 way dial buttons under the screen to select call 1 on the disp. You will then be presented with an option to resume the original external call.
