Step 1: Go to your respective school website staff portal.


Step 2: Click on the 'Foldr' icon.


Step 3: Login using your normal school login credentials.


Step 4: Once logged in, click on your name in the top right hand corner and click 'Password Control'


Step 5: Search for the student and enter in a new password, the password must include a capital letter, number and be at least 8 characters and cannot include the name of the school, e.g. Orchard/OMA.


 Click 'User must change password at next sign in' if the student is on a Windows laptop/computer.

(If the student is on a Chromebook, do NOT select 'User must change password at next sign in').


Step 6: Once a new password has been entered and confirmed and unlocked if needed, click reset and that's it! 


If the student is using a Chromebook then the change may take a couple minutes at least for the new password to be recognised.
