How to Access Your School Emails Print

A simple guide on how to login to your school email at home or in school.

Step 1: Open your web browser and go to the following address:

https://login.microsoftonline.com/

Step 2: Login with your school email address and password in the format below;

Username@orchard-tmet.uk (your email address will vary depending on which school).

For example a student named David Smith from Orchard Mead Academy who started in 2020's email address would be O20DSmith@orchard-tmet.uk (Note: it's a letter O, not the number 0.)

Step 3: Click the Outlook icon to open your emails.

Step 4: When you're finished, log out of Office 365 by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner and click Sign out.
